The Engravings offered here are not copies or reproductions. They are authentic 17th and 18th Century copper and steel plate Engraving that have been rescued from Bibles and other Christian books. They are all rich in detail and suitable for framing. These Engravings are beautiful examples of the engravers art. No complete books were destroyed to provide these quality leaves. Generally accepted principles of the antiquarian book trade, require that individual pages be provided from books that have been destroyed, or are otherwise incomplete.
